Ginger 75- Perfect for the pre-Christmas dinner

Family and friends may decide to come early, and having a drink prepared for them is a proper welcome. A ginger 75, with a Hennessey cognac, is ideal for the occasion.

What you need:

  • Still water- 100 ml
  • Lemon juice- 125 ml
  • Crabbies ginger wine- 75ml
  • Ginger syrup- 60ml
  • Hennessey Vs- 250ml
  • Champagne- 75ml for each serving

Add all the ingredients in a decanter (except Champagne), stir them, seal the decanter, and keep the mixture refrigerated. When the mix is ready to serve, pour 50 ml into a Champagne coupette glass, and add 75 ml of Champagne. You can now enjoy your drink with your guests.

Champagne magnum

A 1.5-liter bottle of Champagne (equivalent to two standard bottles) is known as a Champagne magnum. Get a magnum of Champagne, which you will serve to your kin as you wait for the turkey. Crowd-pleasers are the best. We recommend Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial or Vertus Blanc de Blanc. A magnum of Champagne is a perfect gift to give to a friend who has invited you to his home.

Champagne Martini- Ideal for present giving

A Champagne Martini is a classic drink for you to enjoy as you give/receive gifts. It is a sophisticated drink, but it only requires a few ingredients.

What you need:

  • Glenmorangie Nectar D'or- 25ml
  • Lemon juice- 15ml
  • Rin Quin Aperitif a la Peche- 10ml
  • Apricot preserve- 1.5 teaspoons
  • Champagne

In a shaker, add Rin Quin Aperitif a la Peche, apricot preserve, and Glenmorangie Nectar d'Or. Stir the mixture to blend the flavors. After stirring, add the lemon juice, fill the mix with ice, and shake it profusely for about ten seconds. After you are done shaking the combination, add your Champagne (50ml), and enjoy the drink.

Terrazas De Los Andes Malbec- Pairs well with the turkey

The Malbec is smooth and aromatic. Malbec is deeply colored, has notes of black fruit and food-friendly acidity tannins. To add to its elegance, it has a tobacco hint from exceedingly harmonious and balanced oak. The Malbec is famous for pairing well with grilled steak to go well with the Christmas turkey.

Espresso Martini- Christmas evening

The Christmas evening deserves a special drink. A caffeine-based drink is our recommendation for the evening.

What you need:

  • Belvedere pure- 60ml
  • Espresso- 30ml
  • Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur- 20ml
  • Ice

Add the ingredients to a shaker and shake the mixture vigorously. After you shake, pour your drink into a Martini glass, and don't forget to embellish it with three espresso beans.

Whisky Old Smokey Sour- Boxing Day

Crown the occasion with the Whiskey Sour. To make this drink, you require to be more precise and diligent. Are you up to the challenge? Try it if you think you can.

What you need:

  • Glenmorangie whiskey- 50ml
  • Lemon juice- 30ml
  • Cane syrup- 10ml
  • Egg white

First, add all the ingredients (exclude the ice cubes) to a shaker. Shake the combination and allow it to froth before you add the ice cubes. Please do this in front of your guests to show them who is the cocktail master.
