Returns & Exchanges

Himistry Total Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from Himistry.com, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Customers may also exchange eligible products for another Himistry product, with any price difference applied accordingly.

Please note:

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for products purchased through Himistry.com.

• Products purchased through retail stores or third-party sellers cannot be returned through Himistry.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

• Specially priced kits are counted as a single item for shipping purposes.

• Multiple orders shipping to the same address may be consolidated.

• Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses will be sent via USPS.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

• Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days from the order date.

International Shipping

Himistry partners with Bongo International to provide international shipping services.

International customers can select their destination country during checkout and will be redirected to Bongo's secure checkout platform, where shipping charges, duties, and taxes will be calculated.

Upon order completion:

1. Bongo processes payment.

2. Himistry ships the order to Bongo's distribution facility.

3. Bongo delivers the package to the customer's international destination.

Additional registration or service fees are not required.
